By law, Thomas has to recuse himself

Health care reform tops Supreme Court docket

When the U.S. Supreme Court takes on the legality of 'ObamaCare', Clarence Thomas will have to recuse himself. If he doesn't he will be committing a crime and should be dealt with accordingly.

You cannot rule on cases that you have benefited from by the tune of $700,000. Thomas' wife, 'Ginny', has made a very good living for her and Clarence by attacking health care reform and that is an obvious conflict of interest. You don't need a law degree to figure that out.

Thomas needs to recuse himself immediately and then Congress needs to get on with their constitutional duty and impeach him for lying under oath.
