I could have sworn George W. Bush was in office in 'Dec. 2008'.  The 'NOT SINCE JIMMY CARTER' link is to an article from noon yesterday but since the DOW ended up, not down yesterday, that nine day record wasn't broken.  But for Drudge, who cares?  The two headlines looked good together and it sure riles up the sheep.
