Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney did not flatly rule out an extra year for the payroll tax cut, but he "would prefer to see the payroll tax cut on the employer side" to spur job growth, his campaign said.

Romney doesn't hide who he supports, and he's dead wrong. Nothing stimulates the economy more than money in the hands of the lower and middle class. That trickle-down bullshit that wingnuts spew has been proven ineffective time and time again.
