Dumbasses can't count either!
"In a remarkable interview on CNBC, Majority Leader Eric Cantor admitted to Larry Kudlow that both the House Republican budget and the “Cut, Cap, and Balance” Plan — which were both supported by nearly the entire GOP caucus — also counted savings ($1 trillion) from winding down the wars."
Why shouldn't Democrats and Republicans use the $1 trillion in cuts over 10 years for, 'winding down the wars', in their budget proposals? We're spending $180 billion a year in Iraq and Afghanistan! Where's the other $800 billion?
