Cost of Repealing Health Care Reform $230 Billion
If enacted, House Republicans' bill to repeal President Obama's health care reform legislation would increase the deficit by roughly $230 billion through 2021, according to a preliminary analysis of the legislation by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. You shouldn't be surprised. After all, 90% of our nation's $14 trillion debt occurred during the regimes of Reagan and the two Bushes.
Reagan tripled the debt, Bush I added over a trillion and Bush the Idiot Boy took it from $5.7 trillion to $12.5 trillion and left us with his $1.4 trillion budget deficit.
That's what Republicans do. You shouldn't be surprised.
