The Five Anti-Constitutionalists Strike Again

Suspects must directly invoke right to remain silent
Washington (CNN) -- If criminal suspects fail to invoke their right to remain silent, they have waived that right, a divided Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
The five wingnut criminals on the Supreme Court, Scalia, Roberts, Thomas, Alito and Kennedy now say suspected criminals don't have to be read their rights.

Since the court is a lifetime appointment, we definitely need an intervention.
