Obama Limits When U.S. Would Use Nuclear Arms
As a country that has signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty you shouldn't be threatened with getting blown to hell by a nuclear weapon. Why would you sign the treaty if you couldn't get that guarantee?
