That goes for everyone, right?

Arizona Allows Concealed Weapons Without Permit
(AP) Favoring the constitutional right to bear arms over others' concerns about gun safety, Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a bill making Arizona the third state allowing people to carry a concealed weapon without requiring a permit.

Does that new law apply to only law-abiding citizens or do gangbangers who haven't broken the law yet get to carry too? Now, that young, twenty-one year old thug, who doesn't have any felonies... yet, can stand on that street corner carrying a concealed weapon and there's nothing the cops can do? Yeah, good luck with that.
