Bush ran up at least $1.2 trillion of that $1.4 trillion 2009 deficit and the CBO reported that fact two weeks before Obama even took office and Fox is very well aware of that too.
You can do that and almost get away with it when your audience is as dumb and misinformed as Fox's.
