And by the way, which candidate got it right on Iraq?

John McCain?

“But I believe, Katie, that the Iraqi people will greet us as liberators.” - NBC, 3/20/03

“It’s clear that the end is very much in sight.” - ABC, 4/9/03

“There’s not a history of clashes that are violent between Sunnis and Shiahs. So I think they can probably get along.” - MSNBC, 4/23/03

"I'm confident we're on the right course ..." ABC's This Week - 3/7/04

"We’re either going to lose this thing or win this thing within the next several months." - Meet The Press, 11/12/06

“I am proud of this president’s strategy in Iraq.” - 2/13/08

[It is] “common knowledge and has been reported in the media that al-Qaeda is going back into Iran and receiving training and are coming back into Iraq from Iran, that’s well known. And it’s unfortunate.” - 3/18/08

“No one has supported President Bush on Iraq more than I have.” - 3/28/08

Or Barack Obama?
"But I also know that Saddam poses no imminent and direct threat to the United States, or to his neighbors, that the Iraqi economy is in shambles, that the Iraqi military a fraction of its former strength, and that in concert with the international community he can be contained until, in the way of all petty dictators, he falls away into the dustbin of history. I know that even a successful war against Iraq will require a US occupation of undetermined length, at undetermined cost, with undetermined consequences." 10/02
Or Joe Biden?
"One-third of that population (in Iraq) hates the other two-thirds of the population. They say Iraq will quickly be able to organize itself politically, economically, and militarily, into a peaceful, unified nation, free of weapons of mass destruction.

The American people need to know that most experts believe Iraq will require considerable assistance politically, militarily, and economically. Indeed, they say we should speak not of 'the day after,' but of 'the decade after.' " - October 2, 2002
Barack Obama absolutely owns John McCain on Iraq. That is not even debatable and over 75% of this country knows it.

And the Pork Princess says that her and John 'voted with Bush 95% of the time' McSame, 'will fight for the middle class'? Yeah right bitch, we've heard all that before.

Palin said that we now have troops at pre-surge levels in Iraq. That's bullshit, we still have over 150,000 troops there. She needs to go back a check her notes.

Biden pointed out that Gen. McKiernan (not McClellan? like Palin said) said today that a surge wouldn't work in Afghanistan. Palin said he didn't say that, oh yes he did.

All Palin did tonight was show Americans that McCain/Palin are going to a continuation of the last eight years. She even wants the VP to have more power. Shit, if they could only do something with that damn Constitution!
