Bush announces shorter deployments in Iraq
WASHINGTON-- George Bush said yesterday he would reduce the length of Army deployments in Iraq from the current 15 months to 12 months for troops being sent there beginning in August.
So those troops already in Iraq and those deploying between now and August 1 will serve the 15 month tours?
That sucks.
Do you realize we spend $5,000 a second in Iraq?
Did you know we have lost at least 17 men since Sunday?
