Huck makes the list

"I supported the war and so did the Democrats"-Mike Huckabee-1/24/08 Republican Presidential Debate

The facts;

Of the 256 Congressional Democrats in Congress at the time of the vote for the 'authorization' to go into Iraq, 147 voted 'no'. That's 57.4% who voted no.

If you had an election and it was 57.4% to 42.6% that would be declared a 'landslide'.

Try again Huck. You need to get your facts straight.

You will be a nominee for this Sunday's 'Limbaugh Award' for liars.

Update; The debate just got over and Chris Matthews interviewed Huckabee and I have to comment on something that several of the Republican buffoons said tonight about leaving Iraq. And that's, 'if we leave Iraq we will leave it to al-Qaeda'.

That stupid statement reminds me of a comment (below) made on this blog by a person who is literally the dumbest person that I know personally - a person who the mere mention of his name on the blogosphere brings laughter and mockery because of his well-known stupidity and who hasn't gotten a single thing right about Iraq yet.

People, get a fucking clue. Iraq is 65% Shiite --- al-Qaeda are Sunni. As Ron Paul so eloquently put tonight, Al-Qaeda wasn't there before we went there and in fact, they're not there now either. Those who call themselves, 'al-Qaeda in Iraq' are NOT 'al-Qaeda' and they have never been and never will be al-Qaeda. And Saddam Hussein, a secular Sunni, was a sworn enemy of Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda and he didn't allow al-Qaeda into Iraq and those who say differently are simply liars.

Bottom line is, we leave Iraq, and the Iraqis, the 65% Shia, will take care of those imposters.

And here is the dumbest statement, left here by a phony-conservative deluxe moron and one who proved his ignorance when he said;
"Does Stram point out that these [Iranians] are Shi’ite MUSLIMS, who are allies of al-Qaeda and sympathetic to Bin Laden and the Taliban? No, he doesn’t."
You can't top that for stupidity and it's typical of the choice you have if you back Republicans.
