100 - 90 = 10 - (1 Democrat) = 9 Spineless Republicans
Voting on a 'nonbinding resolution' is a way to show the American people where their Senator stands on an issue. It's bad enough that 33 Republicans and Turncoat Joe Lieberman voted against a resolution that demands our troops be supplied with the proper equipment and get's them out of the middle of a civil war, but to simply wimp out and duck the vote altogether, is utterly detestable.
Fixty-six senators had the guts to vote 'no' against a surge that is opposed by our troops, and opposed by our Generals* and opposed by Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. Those who stand now and say Democrats are hurting the troops' 'morale' are lying and saying the exact opposite of what our troops really want. Our troops want the hell out of Iraq.
In looking at the states where these nine senators are from, with the possible exception of Arizona and Nevada, these senators may not face any ramification for their cowardliness since majorities from those states have proven they support Republican Party politics over what's good for this nation. But other people should know who and where these gutless fools are from, nonetheless.

Kit Bond - Missouri
Thad Cochran - Mississippi
Bob Corker - Tennessee
John Ensign - Nevada
Orrin Hatch - Utah

*GENERAL ABIZAID-11/06:
Senator McCain, I met with every divisional commander, General Casey, the core commander, General Dempsey, we all talked together. And I said, in your professional opinion, if we were to bring in more American Troops now, does it add considerably to our ability to achieve success in Iraq? And they all said no. And the reason is because we want the Iraqis to do more. It is easy for the Iraqis to rely upon to us do this work. I believe that more American forces prevent the Iraqis from doing more, from taking more responsibility for their own future.
