Obligated to uphold U.S. Constitution

Once again we have the anti-Constitutional side of this country's political spectrum (that would be, Republicans and other rightwing, so-called 'conservatives' (sic)) trying violate what the 'Founding Fathers' wanted for this land.

Dennis Prager wrote a piece for TownHall.com, which is a despicable site, where anti-American, anti-Constitution America haters like to go to get their hate-filled information, about the first Muslim-American, Keith Ellison D-Minnesota, to be elected to Congress.

In complete violation of Article VI of Constitution, Prager, who is now being joined by the America-hating, American Family Association are making an attempt to skirt what was clearly written by those who wrote the Constitution.

They are trying to require Keith Ellison to take his oath of office on the Bible. First of all, the oath of office is NOT taken on the Bible and secondly, you can read very clearly from Article VI of the U.S. Constitution that it CANNOT be required;

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Article VI

But, I think it's only right that I warn Republicans and other phony-conservatives of something. When I joined the Air Force I took an oath to uphold the Constitution and am bound by that oath for life. It is my duty, as it is of all veterans, to stop by any means necessary people like Dennis Prager and Donald Wildman if they try to breach the U.S. Constitution.

I don't take lightly the oath I took to uphold the Constitution. And those who try to violate it should take heed.
