Let's not elect another Dumbass!

Today on NBC’s Meet the Press, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) again claimed this is a “critical time” in Iraq and that “we’re either going to lose this thing or win this thing within the next several months.”

Host Tim Russert noted that on December 8, 2005, McCain had said, “Overall, I think a year from now, we will have a fair amount of progress [in Iraq] if we stay the course.” McCain admitted he has “proven not to be correct.”

On March 23, 2003, McCain predicted, “I believe that this conflict is still going to be
relatively short.”

It would be a nice change if Republicans could find someone to fill their Party's nomination for 2008 that isn't dumber than a rock. John McCain is just more of the same from Republicans.

He hasn't been right yet on Iraq and is one of the leading fools who advocates sending more troops instead of getting the hell out of there.

McCain has that familiar Republican quality of being both dumb and dangerous.
