Two months ago Gen. David Petraeus argued against a timeline from withdrawing from Iraq “because we’re only about two months into the surge". Yesterday Petraeus stated, "We haven’t started the surge — the full surge — yet. So let me have a few months".Bush couldn't find any other general but Petraeus to lead his so-called 'surge'. It's becoming clearer now why he accepted.
He has almost less credibility than Bush.
